What counts as an event?
An event is any action you track via our SDK or API — a page view, button click, form submission, or any custom event you define. System events like session_start are also counted.
What are event edits & deletes?
After an event is tracked, you can edit its properties or delete it via our API. Each such mutation counts against your monthly mutation quota. The Free plan does not include any mutations.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens when I exceed my event limit?
Your ingestion API will return a 402 status code and stop accepting new events for the remainder of the month. Your existing data remains accessible. Upgrade your plan to restore ingestion immediately.
Is there a yearly discount?
Yes — paying annually saves you 20% compared to monthly billing. Starter goes from $49/mo to $490/yr ($41/mo effective), and Pro goes from $199/mo to $1,990/yr ($166/mo effective).
